Pellon Group Oy represents Finnish new technology know-how in dairy farming and agricultural systems. Pellonpaja uses electronic control systems manufactured by Epec in their automatic dairy farming systems. This improves their customers' efficiency and increases safety.

Sandvik Mining and Construction offer the world’s widest range of equipment for rock drilling, rock excavation, processing, demolition and bulk-materials handling. Machines operate in very harsh environments where heat, vibration, dust etc. require engineering and component selection that are able to meet these tough challenges. SMC uses Epec control systems in various machines.

Ponsse manufactures environmentally friendly and effective forest machines for the cut-to-length method of mechanized logging and also produces wood harvesting-related information technology. Epec is a key supplier of Ponsse's information and control system solutions.

Husqvarna Construction Products, part of Husqvarna AB, is a world leader in machinery and diamond tools for the construction and stone industries.

For example, Husqvarna´s demolition robot DXR 310 is controlled by PLCopen programmed Epec control units and it is extremely accurate and efficient also in sensitive environments. Remotely controlled demolition robot DXR 310 is a great example how intelligent steering and control systems are becoming more and more common also in the smaller machines. Epec control units create an extremely durable control system, perfect for typical demolition work in tough situations involving lots of vibrations, concrete dust and water.

Kabus Oy manufactures buses and coaches exclusively for Koiviston Auto Corporation. The first express coach was built in 1977. Koiviston Auto’s 80-year experience of bus traffic operation is one cornerstone in Kabus chassis and body design. Meeting the user demands means passenger comfort and safety, but also optimized fuel economy and low maintenance costs.

Kabus Oy and VTT has developed a hybrid bus, which power source combines an electric motor with a combustion engine. Thanks to the lightweight structure and intelligent mobile control system of the hybrid bus, the attainable reduction in exhaust volumes and fuel consumption is up to 40–45%. The vehicle logic unit  specifically designed for the bus determines when each motor will be used and in which proportion.
