Epecīs customer satisfaction survey directed to itīs customers and partners was executed during April as an online survey. The response rate of the survey covering both our domestic and international customers was 24% this year.
We received a lot of positive feedback and many good ideas and thoughts considering the future. We will study the results in every department to reach even better results, including the sectors which received critical comments.
For example, the respondents were highly satisfied with Epecīs communication and available information. 84,6 % of all respondents answered that there is enough information about Epec available. Further information was required especially from the version updates of the products as well as new products. To improve our information availability, the new Epec extranet will be published in the near future.
Special attention will be given to testing as well as service processesī both quantitative and qualitative development. We already have some new testing resources while three new employees started in the project service department in the beginning of May.
In electronics manufacturing, new PC testing equipment arrives on the week 22. There is also going to be a new sealing and housing robot, which will be delivered in late June. Furthermore, the new automatic testing system of firmware software will be introduced to the R&D processes.
We want to thank everyone that participated in our customer satisfaction survey! We consider the customer satisfaction survey an important tool in developing our business and processes and we will continue to measure customer satisfaction annually in the future.
