MASK Service Key System

| Epec has developed a new MASK Service Key system based on USB-memory sticks. With the system machine manufacturer can easily administrate and distribute user rights into machine’s control system service levels for maintenance, version updates, log file handling etc. |

| MASK system in based on MASK software library, MASK Master Key and MASK User Key. The library is integrated with the embedded control system application. With the MASK Master Key -tools machine manufacturer’s service organisation is able to generate usage rights into the machine control system, and servicemen are then using MASK User Key -tools when needed with the machine. |

| In practice, the MASK system can be used in such machines that have Epec 2040 Colour Display. Physically service keys are normal USB-memory sticks, which are turned into service keys by the MASK Master Key by adding a special piece of licensed software in them. Machine manufacturer’s own organisation is able to distribute user rights for their own organisation to serve their customers worldwide. |
